The form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, employee count and description of your needs. Do not submit passwords, medical records or sensitive information.
Use and transmission
This information is used to respond to your request and prepare an estimate. Once delivery is configured, requests are sent through the selected email provider (Resend or Formspree). The website does not store requests in a database. Providers may process information outside Québec.
Retention and access
Correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact Ayman Mouchrif through the contact form.
Browsing
This version uses no advertising or analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
